If Your Order Does Not Arrive
Please wait six days to notify us if your merchandise does not arrive. The merchandise will be replaced or a credit applied, or a refund check issued at your option.
Return Policy on Pre-Season and In-Season Internet Subscriptions
Our policy is that all of our services are prepaid. All internet access activity at www.grogansports.com are tracked and a log of username and password logins are maintained. If you don't like a product or it does not meet your needs, please request a refund within 1 day of placing the order by calling (303) 795-7902. If a refund is requested prior to using our services, a full refund, will be refunded within 10 business days via company check, from the date the refund is requested.
